The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived and as it is a wet room, by the end of our 3-day stay, the bathroom and bedroom were both very dirty. There was only hot water on one day, and the AC only worked half of the time. Toilet roll was not provided. The bedsheets had holes in them and looked tired. We had to wait a almost an hour for breakfast on one of the two days we ordered it. Staff are not particularly friendly. The hotel is located just off a very busy road so you cannot walk anywhere. We recently stayed in 2 other hotels of the same price and they were much better.
The place was new and pretty clean. Their tea is pretty good. The head of staff is supportive. However, we had issues getting hot water. It's near a railway track and you can feel a mild rumble when Trains pass by. The serving staff could be more hospitable. They are young and raw in communication. Besides all this, It's a decent place to stay for the money it charges. Oh! The sheets can do with better laundering.

Good hotel good staff but their is no dustbin in the room. i order something to eat! they take the order and didn't reply for 1 hour so i called them then they said sir we are short of staff so we cant get it. If i don't call them they not gona tell me about it
