Such a terrible restaurant. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY Ordered baby corn chilli( bot fresh ti return kia) Re- ordered it fir mere baby corn me bartan dhone wala jhaama nikla Chicken lollipop tasted like besan and tomato sauce. Chilly chicken ko kaatne k liy chaaku laga, so hard n un cooked. Butter masala me sirf cheeni tha. N to top it all, the manager was utterly rude and didn't take any responsibility. I would be happy to write a positive review on Hotel Grand Empire! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed with the beautiful decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room was absolutely stunning, with modern furnishings and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel also had some great facilities, including a fitness center and a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free, and were always available to answer any questions I had or help me with anything I needed.
This is WORST ever experience in my last 26 years of hotel stays in all bit of corners in India .... BETTER AVOID THIS HOTEL... there are many good hotels ....Hotel service and service providers are Worser than worse

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Dirty bed sheet with blood stains. Disgusting cleanliness, Food experience was also bad. Dosa was too oily. Not recommended

The food is not tasty as expected, and costly also, the A.C. doesn't work properly. The cutlery is old and not well maintained.
