This hotel Grand is not worth even for one star, not at all recommend for family & couple, if you have elderly parents with you, it will be a hell for everyone, entry from back side, no rooms on ground floor, rooms have no ventilation, no natural light, if the rooms are for Rs. 200/- per night, a person with little sensibility will not take, if you are at Sri Damdama Sahib, go for the rooms at gurudwara itself.
the hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable .The staff was very polite and helpful. the location was very convenient for getting aroud and many activities. if we were to travel to hotel again. we would definitely stay there again.
Super-luxury hotels are being built in outer space. The new type of heaven is being offered to humans. This is what i want to say about this Grand Hotal...."Washrooms will always tell if your hotel cares about its guests".
