Hotel Grand Himayat - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I stayed with my family in Suite room of this hotel for 5 days. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The service is very poor. It has not cleaned properly. The first day the breakfast was good, but later it is not worth. People are good, but very lazy. Not at all value for money. Hello management, please do something on cleanliness and service. You have built a very good hotel, it is in right place but above thing will make your customer unhappy and they will not come again.

Hotel is in a very good location but their service is very poor. To start with I booked the room for 2 adults with 2 kids and clearly mentioned their age but when I checked in they wanted to pay extra for the kids Rs.500 per head per day. They said kids above age of 8 is considered as adult. And they were also not reluctant to give me extra bed even after me paying the amount. The wanted me to manage with one extra bed. Only after I insisted that I need both the beds is when they provided one. They also didn't provide any receipt for the payment. They told to manage with the credit card slip. The rooms are poorly maintained. Floors have tiles missing. There was all night window screens as they had claimed. Restrooms are poorly lit and poorly maintained. And there is no hot water after 12 pm.

The picture uploaded online is not how the place looks The place is horribly maintained and has cockroaches running everywhere. Bathroom is not at all clean, room is not clean and they charge a bomb but value for money is zero. There so called Buffet which has only two dishes also tastes horrible. The lights are so dingy in the bathroom and there are stains everywhere in the bathroom. Horrible experience and the worst place to stay and absolutely scam of money

I chose this hotel, since, this is centrally located to tourist spots in Hyderabad. However, we were not satisfied with the overall maintenance of the hotel/rooms, though, the staff were helpful. Listing down the reasons, 1. The Suite Room's toilet was not clean and hence we requested a change in room and they immediately obliged. 2. The second suite room that we checked in had stains in bed sheets and we requested a change of sheets. The replacement again had stains which was quiet annoying. Third replacement was good and we preferred to retain this for the entire three days stay fearing further disappointment. 3. Hot water required wasting 5-6 buckets as I guess they have centralised solar heater. 4. Breakfast buffet spread was not good and very limited. We preferred to dine out at nearby restaurants.

Location wise wise it's good but service is horrible, you won't find staff in hotel at many instances.. Cleaning and hygiene is bad. Property is not at all maintained and no one is bothered about guest. Enjoy at your own.. Go here and there and no one will ask anything. Stay in case you don't have other options.

very good to stay in Hotel Grand Himayat, the staffs are very polite and helpful. I Had stayed with my family last week for four days I personally feel it is just like Home away Home, yes they have not yet started the breakfast services but no issues for that because the room and the service are very nice.

Great value for money and in a very convenient location. The staff are very courteous and help you out. The location is lively and safe. Transport is easily and readily available. They have a 24 hour check in-checkout rule, which is very useful when you're on business trips. I will recommend it to anyone travelling to Hyderabad/Secunderabad for work.

A Budget hotel in a premium place!!! Planning a trip with family members needs a right balanced budget between affordablity and comfort. We searched a quite a few places before booking this one. To our surprise this place was more than we imagined. Rooms - Neat and well managed rooms with complementary tea bags and water bottles placed already. We booked a queen size bed and it was very comfortable. The restroom was quite premium to use. Service - The room service was properly organised and whatever extra items asked were brought without delay in time Location - Right on the main road. Same building as the Reliance , KFC, Burger king. Situated right opposite the Minnerva Grand. U have entrance on the gully beside the building Thumbs up for this place
