The rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very polite and kind with us. The air conditioners in the room were of very high quality with very good cooling. The food was also very delicious. And it's location within the Fortune Plaza is also a point of benefit for the customers. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

There was a major Security Lapse during my stay. Door was not locked by the staff after cleaning my room and room was opened when I came back from my office. The hotel could not provide CCTV footage for the day and kept on giving some or the other excuse. Bathroom was not cleaned at the time of Check-in. The sensitivity of motion sensor lights of bathroom was very low, lights turned off even while using the bathroom.

Had small critters (cockroaches?) in the room. Linens were dirty, hair etc. Bathroom acceptable for small town place. Breakfast was good as well. Staff was fantastic (otherwise rating would be even lower). AC controls were horrible. Run down. For international travellers, the electrical sockets worked without adapters.

The hotel is best, ambience is best, and treated by ABHISHEKH SIR he was really good at the hospitality, really great experience.

First time I have seen such a bad service by Hotel, both shower and water Tap is running after complaining not resolve the issue. For every thing required to take follow for complimentary things. We ask many times is the Amex card works when we are booking they told Amex card is work and at the time of billing they told Amex is not work. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

Was the most weirdest hotel I have ever stayed. There is weird smell in the entire premises and in the room the BLANKET SIZE IS SINGLE which was not at all sufficient for one person Im 6feet when asked receptionist for double size one they said they dont have they can only provide single size one! Its first of all in the mall where the mall lights are 24hrs ON which disturbed the room at night. There is no noise cancellation constant outside voice create disturbance.. WASHROOM- it feel and seems like public toilet washroom ! BED- bad smelly pillows and stiff bed ( single zize blanket ) Checkout time is usually 12pm here its 10am only From the window of the room the entire mall is visible 0% privacy Not worth the price what they are taking. No management in the hotel..

This is 3rd time we faced same hot water issue. The behavior of night staff was not at all good, very Rud behavior. In the evening when we book room for 2nd day, we informed to reception that in morning hot water was coming. He confirmed us that he will issue us a separate Electric coil to our 2 rooms if water is not hot in morning. But next day morning when no hot water was coming, we complained to night staff reception about the issue and asked him to bring hot water with Electric coil. But Reception person said that they are not having any single Electric coil. We have to take bath with old water, as we were getting late for our work.

This is basically a mall, with the option of staying in. Our initial search of Ichalkaranji hotels threw a lot of results at us, but this one place struck us as a good option, essentially because of its reviews. The rooms are standard size (no we were not in a suite) -- 3.5 stars. Cleanliness is good -- 4.5 stars. Decor is wow!! -- 5 stars. Go there to see the wonderful black and whites in the hotel lobby and the vibrant landscapes, flowers and abstracts lining the corridors throughout. Do not worry if you see yourself in that line-up, the corridor is interspersed with full length mirrors. The service was a sticking point for me: Front desk: 4.5 stars, they were polite, efficient and did their part of the job well. But, Bell-hops: 2.5 stars. The front desk called up and told the bellhop to pick up the luggage and then we waited for like 10 minutes for the bellhop to leave the reception area, go somewhere else and then come back to pick up the luggage. There were 3-4 persons assigned for that particular duty, so at least one should have been available to take 3 small pieces of luggage. We started walking to the room ourselves, and then they materialised. The room had a functioning fridge, a small safe and enough space to store luggage for a 4 day family trip (we were there for a stopover though). The kettle caddy was well stocked, though I did take exception to the spelling of kettle on the note attached to the caddy; I spent a good while trying to identify what they meant by cattle. The bathrooms had motion sensor lights, small business kits for basic repairs and such. A zip line was provided to hang up wet clothes within the shower area, (pretty nifty if you ask me. They thought of something which I have yet to observe in other hotels) The complimentary breakfast can be put at 3.5 stars, the food options were good, but there was an appreciable lag in bringing out the food. Oh, but they had khakra with ghee and groundnut chutney..... The hotel did have a couple other complimentaries: movie tickets Monday to Thursday and spa coupons. Overall, the place is good, and the average rating of all their services is 4 stars.
