Not Recommended For Food Arranged team lunch (unlimited) and not satisfied with food and given services by staff and manager. Need to keep pushing for getting food and also staff is not active. Buttermilk glass is very small. Overall not satisfactory for both food and services.

Attended social event in there banquet. Food, service and ambience all highly satisfactory. Food was really very good.

We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. It was a nice test & the services of the waiters were very courteous.

It is quite good budget hotel specially for corporate users with early check in available even at 8 AM. Rest food and other services are even budget friendly. Cleaning needs to be improved as pest control is something which is lagging here, thats why i gave 4 star only.

Parking issue but rates are high but about food that is quality. Main thing No to Maida roti they are cooking roti like home.

The food has been good here each time we visit. The parking can be done outside the hotel. Parking might not be available when the Colosseum next to it would be used. The quantity of the food for the price is always up to anticipations.

I had stayed here in 2016 and so blindly booked this hotel 1 month in advance to my visit. While I was in Jaisalmer, I called the hotel about my travel to their hotel next day and the manager told me that we were about to call you as out of 3 nights, we wont be able to accommodate you on 2nd day. Given I was on road trip, I had no option but to ask them to make sure they move me to an equivalent hotel, to which the manager said that I dont have to worry and they would take care of it. When I reached the hotel room, it was stinking of cigarette smoke. It was so bad that I had to ask them to move me to another room. The manager did not make much fuss and move to me another room but the first impression of the stay was spoiled. They could have checked this before assigning the room to me. The real shocker came the 2nd day when they were supposed to move me to another hotel as the whole hotel was booked and they wanted to move all 8 room occupants to another hotel to make room. This was not communicated until I called them 1 day prior to my stay. Talk about hospitality!!! The real deal breaker was, when I moved to another hotel which they arranged, I came to know that Grand Elegance did not communicate to another hotel that I am travelling with family. The room arranged did not have double bed. When asked about 3rd occupancy, the new hotel said, you have to sleep on floor. This after I paid 4.5K a night to Grande Elgance. Utter disgusting. After a heated arguent with the Grand Elegance manager, he promised to return me my money BUT this was at 10:30PM and I was without any arrangement with a wife and 10 year old kid. I called Courtyard Marriott and they accommodated me for next 2 days (Which was the best decision I took). Grand Elegance SUCKS big time when it comes to professionalism. They returned me 2 day's money (I lost taxes I paid) but the heart burn that I endured is not worth that 8.5K they returned. AVOID GRAND ELEGANCE. They took my booking, confirmed for 3 nights and when I called them then only they said, either I cancel my booking or they would adjust me in another hotel for 1 night. Given I was on road trip I had no other option. I have the phone call recorded so they wont be able to wash hands off should a need arises.

I went for restaurant and food is really good. Limited option but goods. They need to work on soups.
