Room is good also d service is good but the food its not at all good we orderes biryani itswas rs 300 but it was not at all worth the taste was tasteless and hopeless if ur visiting this hotel pleases order food from outside this was my hillarious experience in my life and food it veryy costlyy but not worthy i suggest all of u to order food from out side in simple language chutiya banane ka kam hai inlog ka !!!!

Rooms are clean and neat. From next time onwards I will prefer to stay here only whenever I visit Aurangabad. It is foremost better than OYO . @grandecotel pls keep it up and I am very thankful for your hospitality. My only concern is that the price should be a little bit less.

Have a pleasant stay with family. Nice food and clean room. The staff is friendly and co-operative. The location is near the airport. I will give over all 4 stars.

Excellent location (close to airport), very clean rooms, quick service, food was good overall nothing bad with the hotel. Giving two star because when we checked-in at the reception the person told us breakfast is included in the tarif we agreed and later they asked to pay for BF. Disappointed with the person who literally lied to us.

First and foremost, let me tell you guys that if you are booking an expensive room, do not be under the assumption that you would be assigned a room which would be bigger in size. The hotel does have some rooms which are bigger and the rest which are smaller. Ideally those booking the expensive one should have the bigger rooms assigned and those booking the cheaper one should be assigned the smaller ones. The management of this property does not follow this rule and simply assign any room to anyone irrespective of the price paid. I had booked an executive room (which was a higher category and expensive than the premium room as per their price listing on MMT, but lower as per their website, which means they have not even listed the prices correctly on MMT) but the management happily chose to downgrade us to a smaller room despite paying the higher amount. My sister was booked at the same property but at a premium room, and she was assigned a room which was much more bigger and spacious than what we were assigned and this is pretty much why I got to know the unfair practice of the hotel. So IF YOU ARE BOOKING THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM, YOU MAY OR MAY NOT RECEIVE THE BIGGER ROOM. There was no buffet breakfast and you must choose from the options that they would give you. Only one complimentary breakfast item per person, beyond which they would charge you for it. Even while charging for the extra items ordered, they were cunning enough to bill only the most expensive items and give the cheaper ones as complimentary. Going back to the amenities in the room. they do not have any hot water kettle placed. You must request for it, and if it is available, they would give you. If not, it's your bad luck. There was no mat placed outside the bathroom and we were without it for one day before they actually provided one. On the day of checkout, the bill of the extra breakfast item had not arrived at the reception well in time, and it arrived only after we already made the payments which was atleast 15 mins after we and got into the car. The receptionist had to come running after us asking for the amount. Ridiculous. THINK WELL BEFORE SELECTING THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY AS THEY REALLY HAVE A LOT OF NEGATIVES OVER POSITIVES. Dear management of the hotel Grand ecotel, please do no post any responses to this review apologizing for all this inconvenience that has been caused. Understand that you are in the service industry and damages, once done, cannot be undone.

Spacious and clean room with very helpful staff. The food at the terrace restaurant is amazing. I gave the 5 star rating mainly for the food and the services rendered. The location is near to the airport and convenient for travelling. It is very safe to stay with family

Have stayed at this hotel now 5/6 times. The staff is very good and takes care of the guests. Rooms are basic but clean and hotel is very close to the airport.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and Manager Mr.Jadhav is very professional, highly committed towards best class service and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Grand Ecotel for anyone visiting. Strongly recommend this hotel.
