Perfect place for a beautiful stay in Amritsar. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's exceptional service. The staff esp Simran, was attentive, accommodating, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for a delightful and comfortable stay

Food was well done, nicely cooked and served hot. Even when we arrived and checked in late at 12 am, past closing hours, service was available and ready on request. The staff has been both friendly and accomodating, and a member named Prem has been incredibly helpful. They were well groomed, everything was kept clean and tidy, including their own uniforms. If I had to nitpick about anything, the prices for the room service menu was slightly high, however, according to the hotel's quality, It's completely excusable.

All reviews are posted by guests on staff's request. This hotel is NOTHING like shown in fancy photos. The food is ALWAYS cold because they do not put heating burners under buffet dishes. I have mixed reviews about the staff. Some are good while other are really bad simranpreet kaur

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of our North trip tour, and loved every minute of it. The staff was helpful, rooms were spacious and very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast and dinner served were also delicious with various options. Great stay!

The bed was stained And not clean,there was hair strands inside the sheets. The bathroom had a granclicent door with a part of it completely transparent and the lock did not work. The lamp did not have the bulb.The kettle was dirty and smelly too. The food was cold and there was not a large variety.

A nice budget friendly hotel. Food was delicious specially the Chile bhature. Executive Simran was very friendly and courteous. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The owner is a gentleman. He picks up the phone himself and was kind enough to accommodate my late check out request. Even when I got delayed they were very accommodating and I'm highly impressed by the service. They deserve the 5 star rating hands down.

5 star amenities at an affordable price. I stayed in Hotel Grand Cabana, Amritsar with my family. They provided me a family suit. Whatever a traveler can think of, they serve it all. The rooms are modern and finely decorated with wood. Rooms are ultra clean. Staffs are well trained, well behaved and well gentle. atithi devo bhvH (Guest is God) bhaartiiy sNskRti kii phcaan hai / All the staff members of the hotel are truly bearer of these lines. They provided such a delicious and mouth watering food that we never miss our home's food, and above all they are very particular about the hygien also. At our departure they gifted us framed photo of Guru Nanak Sahib as a token of love. I strongly recommend everyone to enjoy the five star hospitality at an affordable prices in Hotel Grand Cabana, Amritsar.
