Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with my wife there in this month and both of us are totally satisfied with everything. Location of the hotels are extremely superb.You are free to move anywhere without hesitation becoz it is the safest and nicest place of the city . You r in the heart of city. Location is very prime, easy to move anywhere. I loved it and def visit again and again in this place.

Amazing hotel . I stayed two nights with my friends between 19- Nov to 21 Nov . The Hotel is situated at Dal Lake which is main tourist attract in Srinagar . As soon you enter , you catch the view of beautiful garden where you can relax , sit together and explore stunning view of Dal Lake .The rooms are very cozy and spacious with great amenities . The hotel is aesthetically designed and its colour combination appears soothing to eyes that really makes you feel in Europe. The lip smacking food in its dinning is a great experience to cherish . The staff is very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Haris who is always there to serve you with smile . I Highly reccomend this hotel for travelers seeking luxury hotel at Dal lake.

We had a great time at hotel grand boulevard . The property was absolutely amazing. The hospitality of the staff was also commendable. And special thanks to chef mohd azaaz . The resort is also central to many good food joints and cafes which was again a plus point.

The hotel is at apt location. I would love to recommend this property to every tourist not only because of the location but also the ambience,the food and above all the staff. What makes this property picture perfect is the kind of people they have.They were available at our beck and call,espically Mr Shehzad and Mr Mumtaz, they made our stay very comfortable. The only thing good about the place is the location i.e infront of dal lake however you get no view of the lake from any rooms whatsoever. Do not go by the images of the rooms they show in the app or the hotel page as when you reach there they give you a pathetic old substandard room. Upon asking them about the difference in the room pictures and the one you got they would say the app / images are outdated so in order to get a better room you will need to pay extra and get the room you had booked (based on the image ) that is unfair and actually a scam. Food is again not great in taste and options are limited and way too expensive for the standard of the hotel. Breakfast menu is limited but the taste of cookies and bakery is good. Over all not value for money hotel and they take advantage of increasing the prices of the room considering its in Srinagar.

Property : It's amazing interiors and top notch designed for a luxury stay. It is located right opposite Dal lake and can do an evening walk and a boat ride easily with near by visiting spots. Hospitality : Superb and I have to appreciate each and everyone of their staff who made our visit memorable by guiding us on places to visit in Kashmir. Food : I and my 12yo son are very choosy when it comes to food preferences. the breakfast, Dinner we have had in hotel is truly yummy and fresh from the kitchen with many options. I have called out to their team, they had best chef in hotel who cooks amazing food to serve customers. Staff : Very helpful and courteous to guests helped us for a remarkable stay. Sight seeing : I opted for their cabs as the vehicles are new and very clean cars with experienced, polite drivers. Overall : Property owner is highly experienced and very respectful that made our stay in Srinagar mesmerizing. Highly recommended for your stay if you are looking for best facilities, food and location to stay in Srinagar including visiting Gulmarg, sonamarg with travel from srinagar. Booked two executive rooms with front lake view, paid 6k each, but was asked to vacate the room which we booked for 3 days, though second room was with us for a day only. The staff didn't knew about our booking details. While we were about to leave for sonmarg, the problem started, they unethically gave the main room to someone else, i think asit was the room with best view, they gave to someone else. Very unprofessional behaviour, wont recommend this hotel when going with family. Even While in dining area, they want u to go back to your room, call reception for a water bottle. Rooms are also not that good, washroom wood is damaged from here and there, wallpapers are dirty. We were 7 members, including 2 elderly and 2 kids, we had to leave the hotel as they pressed on shifting to the backside room. We originally booked that room for 3 days for lake side view only, it was a mess early morning. I immediately booked another hotel nearby for 3k with better rooms.

I been there last month, i was booked a king size room by phone. 1st night thy charged me 16000 (indian rupee) that time i was shocked that i paid that money only in normal hotel. Then 2nd time after finished my pahalgum visit i was booked the same hotel same room thy charged me 12000 (indian rupee). Thy are muslim but they did't have any iman. PLEASE don't go this hotel just west your money.
