One of the Best Hotels of Basti. Located at prime location very close to Basti Railway. So a very good place to come and rest after a long flight. One of the highlights of this place is long walking payements with side trees. Very broad drive ways. 2 Banquet Halls for Meeting or Wedding etc. Dinning Area -Amazing Rooms starting with very pocket friendly rates. -Very Big Parking Space

If possible i gave this hotel in minus(-5). Very bad experience of my entire life. You have to wait at least 3 hrs for drinking water, 4 hrs for cleaning, although contact to reception continuously. No any hospitality provided by the staff, very rude staff, doesn't have any manner to conversation with customer. I request to you all that naver come in this worst hotel.

Everything is fine and the hospitality is great. Also the food is mouth-watering and the preparation is excellent. Specially hotel receptionist behaviour is too good Reception

It was horribly bad, my booking for one day had made me realise that it was worst experience in my life 1- No drinking water was provided 2-tv(led) in the room wasn't working , enitlly no tv remote was in room , to get remote i have to follow a lot with reception, later on it was found their tv isn't working 3-no towels were provided 4- on request of warm water to drink was completely denied 5-they had charged 2500 and i was informed no complementary breakfast in it 6-no slippers were there in room 7- no cloth hanger was there in room Overall a place in Basti not to stay A very bad experience indeed I wish you guys get same room as I got when you guys are visiting outside of your Hometown. I wish I can give 0 star for Rating

We were happy to find this place because rooms are good and not that expensive, but not so clean. But what a horrible night we had because of noise. Staff just ignored us, and our complaints, all the night. Honestly, avoid this hotel. We had a tent. I guess we would had a better night if we camped in the parking...

I think this hotel is one of the best hotel in Basti city. I booked this hotel for sister's wedding. And i got a better experience rather than other hotels in Basti. Best services, best chattering etc....and the first reason that i like this hotel, is situated on road side and the second one is it's looking very gorgeous and beautiful.
