HOTEL GRAND BEE RESIDENCY - Hotel in Thane, Ranjnoli - Thane, India

I won't recommend this hotel at all. For the price point , rooms and services are pathetic. Rooms , washrooms , and beds are dirty, when asked to change , they were acting like its normal.

Business trippers and Couples will like place. Quaint, Quiet, Today, well maintained and Excellent service. Good is good too. Parking could be a problem. Clean upholstery, Bedsheets and Bathrooms.

They don't even deserve this one star. I had a very very bad experience. We booked a room online. But when we reached there, they behaved in a very rude manner. They forced us to take room directly from them. So I went to the nearest hotel Vatika. The same manager I met at Solitaire hotel is standing in front of me there also. So these two hotels 'Solitaire & Vatika' are owned by the same person. The same rude dialogs repeated here as well by the manager. So guys please avoid these two hotels('Solitaire & Vatika') if you have any plan to take rooms.

Very poor hotel.. i went there by booki g through oyo.. but after reaching there, they are not ready to give me rooms.. they asked me to go and ask oyo for a room if booked via oyo... If i wanted room there i must book directly from there.. there is a nearby hotel solatire, owned by same person.. you will have similar experience there also... Very cheap and fraud people running this hotel... They won't even allow you to pay by card, asking fro soany documents

Third class hotel.. don't book anymore.. they dont have manners to talk with client.. rooms are dirty.. no single help from manager.. food is worst part..

The Vatika & Solitaire Hotels are nearby, and Its owns by same person. Very pathetic experience for my stay. They don't have manners to talk with clients. They reject our stay if we booked online, And force us to take room directely from them. Avoid these two hotels you are looking for a stay at these two hotels.

Hotel setup is fine, but disappointed with taste. Chutney is served directly from refrigerator so can't tell whether it is fresh or not.

Worst maintain hotel, room conditions were pathetic, toilets were broken, soap tray were broken. Breakfast wasn't that good... Do visit this on your risk.
