The hotel is in the main city nearby the railway station. Only remark before check in please discuss all T&C with reception otherwise be ready for many unknown/hidden charges. Unbelievable Policy- Breakfast is complementary but option to order a single item. Same with lunch/dinner incredible policy. Rooms are good, service is also good but policies are disgusting.

My review is for the Restaurant. Considering the infrastructure it is fantastic and super awesome from what it looks, but when it comes to the service in the restaurant, it was pathetic. The mistake is from the management side as they haven't kept sufficient staff to serve the people. Considering the holidays and weekends, when there is a huge rush it should have been managed properly. There was one person serving almost 6 tables and getting verbal beatings from everyone due to delay in food service. Food was good. Long story short - Wouldn't recommend going to the restaurant on holidays and weekends.

It's a good place if you want to hangout with you friends. I went here with my friends we had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, service was fast, good ambience and the rooftop place was awesome. We ordered multiple items and I would say all are scrumptious and I would love to visit this place again. Lastly the presentation of food is brilliant and the kind of perseverance they are showing in presentation is speechless.

We visited there on 05th Oct 2022 with our family and we had very bad experience... As per our opinion only good looking set up can't be the only reason for providing good customer service.. worst part of the visit was not a good hospitality.. We ordered drinks along with food.. we waited for drinks for more than 25-30 days.. we only served with our snacks.. After discussion with the counter staff, we had another worst experience that he was not ready to listen us.. even cancelled our drink order.. Further we are compelled to not to place dinner order... Zero Ranking....

Visited this place last night with family and ordered food including starters. Starters were delivered in good smooth time but after that we waited for exact 1 hour and kept hearing other customers complaining about food and poor service. After one hour, the manager came and mentioned that they have forgotten our order and would like us to place it again. This left us no choice but to leave the place and there were literally zero efforts from management to make any compensation. And they were not much sorry either. Overall beautiful place with few unsuitable and inexperienced staff. Avoid and do not waste time.

the hotel is very near to the airport service ,staff are good but the rooms are a little small would recommend this hotel .
