Very bad place to stay, demanding extra money at the counter, after paying whole amount online. Demanded to pay Rs 170 extra as GST, very rediculous. Charging Rs 30 for a water bottle of Rs 20. No complementary water bottle and breakfast. Worst experience ever.
Bed sheet, pilow and blanket were in uncleaned condition. Toilet was not flushed and in worst condition. AC was not working and water was leaking. Wall condition was poor. In the name of toiletries provided one lifeboy soap. Charged extra 234 rupees in the name of GST apart from full payment. Behaviour of manager was rude. I booked Deluxe suite after viewing pics provided at OYO app and there was nothing like that. Worst experience.
Very bad experience, Rooms are dirty, service is very bad, towels are also dirty, Washroom is smelling unpleasant.
So horrible. Oyo hotels are the dirtiest hotels and very insecure for foreigners yet they are highly rated. The receptionists at these hotels are scammers, they don't let you see them rooms before you pay and no refunds. I deleted the app and I wish no one (foreigners) uses this app
They all are very rude , i cried every second after booking this for my family my brother has to visit this place for the examination purpose.but they charged extra and abused and inappropriate way of deal with us. I never stayed in this hotel as the manager declined and asked extra money. I was late and stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight and my first visit to Rajasthan was very bad. People are greedy. Not going to Jaipur again.
Staff behavior was good, Room was good also but need more maintenance, Food is not available also parking was not indoor you have to take risk of outdoor parking, and don't expect clean bed sheet from hotel staff.
