Rooms are filled with cockroaches and some also have bed bugs. Standaed rooms are super congested like bird cages Dirty bedsheet and blanket. No daily maintenance. Only good thing is it's location nothing else

Worst hotel i have ever visited in my life. They put edited picture in social media platform which make illusion all about the hotel. First of all not entire building is hotel , only 3rd floor plus there is no lift. They have converted entire 3rd floor in hotel rooms with plywood which feels like to be in a box .entire floor stinks they have very dirty toilets n rooms. Bed sheets , pillow covers are not washed or have stains. There is no Ac , wifi . Hotel is located in the mainroad so you will not get proper sleep because of they noise of running vechicles. Its feels like to be in road. Worst hotel in Shillong .

Everything in the hotel was stinking Just the entrance was kind of clean Everything else in the hotel was unhygienic. There's a common toilet which the staff uses right before the rooms on the ground floor. The stench of it was unbarrable. All the other hotels in the area had no vacancy hence had to spend 1 night here.

One of the worst hotels of shillong. Pathetic service and dirty rooms. The rooms are smelly and feels suffocated. The staff is literally useless and dumb. The manager is not at all well spoken and sounds rough. No maintenance at all. Not at all recommended.

Such an ironic name. The hotel is very disgraceful. The behaviour and service is as pathetic as it could be. I asked for a blanket 5 times, and at night they said, their shift is over and I should have asked before. When I am asking from 2pm in the afternoon. Also, at the time of checkout, you have to pay an extra 12% , if you pay online.

The hotel is little bit high in range . They offer food also which you can see in their menus. But not all of the menu items they provide you. Other than that the room service boys of the hotel were always shouting in the passage of my room. Which is very disturbing . Specially in night when you try to sleep peacefully after a long journey . They should be attentive about this. Room are not so good . Small rooms very little space i should say . From the outside u can expect the condition of room will be good but it's not . The blankets also which they gave smelled very bad . In the Bathrooms they have individual gyser but their basin was broken. Please improve your room quality before charging so much money for this kind of rooms. Decorate and maintain the eooms like u guys maintain ur own house.

Price reasonable but not so clean rooms tables, chairs was all full of dust seems they don't clean on regular basis. TV was not working nor the AC. Fan was ok. POOR VENTILATION and stufffy room as windows can't be kept open it bangs due to wind check photo so you know what I mean there's nothing to hold the windows open. Overall it's Ok ok considering the price. And if you don't need cash memo then Taxes are excluded

Cons: Worst experience, the bathroom basin pipes do not work properly. The basin does not have a different piping system to drain the water, it will drop on the bathroom floor itself and go through the main bathroom hole rather. Room service is not good, they cleaned the room at 06:00 in the evening, and we had to call them 3 - 4 times to remind them about room service. Manager's behavior is not good, he's kind of rude and speaks like he doesn't even care if a customer rejects a room booking. Food is not good. DO NOT GO FOR RICE & DAL! Pros: The hotel is in a prime location.
