Hotel Govind Heights - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

I stayed here for a night with family. It's a budget friendly hotel. For my family 7 people we got 2 rooms for 2400 total. Don't compare this hotel with high range hotels. For this budget it's ok I will say. Bcoz just opposite to hotel only sarva dharisanam tokens providing place is there. The good thing is it has underground parking.

Had booked two Standard AC Double rooms for 2 nights. The hotel seems to have lost its charm since my last visit a couple of years ago. A lot of maintenance seems to be required. The sheets in one of the rooms had stains, and the manager refused to change them, quoting "We have not even a single sheet" (It was a Sunday). Also, the flush did not work properly. The room was changed after an argument. Toiletries were not provided during checkin. Rather, on prompting, soap was offered during checkout. I may not go there again.

As per location it is near the bus stand. Rooms need to be maintained a bit more. Don't expect a lot by seeing the photos when you are searching for hotel rooms in tirupati. Overall good for one day stay. Staff is good and very friendly.

Worst hotel. Don't choose this hotel. No intercom, no water, no restaurant ,damaged bed sheets Worst maintenance, rude behaviour of staff. No cooperation .. wash room is horrible Location wise also bad. Very bad experience.

Overall good rooms. The staff is also good and friendly. Location wise good hotel. As per the price a good room doesn't expect luxurious rooms and service.

Not up to the mark, staff has no helping mentality. I booked 3 rooms but in 1 room we can't stay without AC because of direct sunlight hitting on it, I requested to start AC and ready to pay extra But they stated that ACs are not working properly.

Truly my experience is disaster. I have booked from goibibo and fooled based on the photos mentioned in their app. They showed different rooms on the booking platform and allotted different kind one. The charges of room also not maintained as standard. For provided room don't have geyser , bulb also not working , the waste water flow also getting stuck in the bathroom as floor is not correct in the bathroom. Regards, Deepa

This is the third time I am staying in your Hotel. The location is nearby bus stand. But no attached restaurant. The staff are very co operative and service quality is good. Well maintained. suitable for stay with family.
