Amazing place to stay in Jaisalmer market and fort are near by walking distance. Have got the Rajasthan vibes.Also close to jaisalmer fort and other known places.best service breakfast was very tasty good quality and quantity you can have till your stomach is full. Feels like you are staying in Old haveli.

Pathetic service pathetic manager. No sense of talking to guest. Just because it's peak season the manager said to vacate the rooms when we complained about the rooms. Photos that they sent were totally opposite to what we got. Instead of feeling sorry he kept on saying vacate the room as we were with family and small kids he took advantage of our situation. No room service number available you have to use mobile for anything you need. If you need anything urgently better to get by yourself as they took 30-40 mins to even get just water. Totally disappointed by the way manager spoke. We paid 4500 per room and got just peanuts. Don't ever go for this hotel if you want your value for money.

Hotel's location is fantastic. Staff is so much good. My stay is fantastic. All staff is cooperative. Fine food. And travel arrangements are also very nice. I request to all of tourists are stay at that place. Room service are also fantastic.
Staff is not taking cleanliness seriously. We requested multiple times to clean our rooms before checking in. Bed sheets were dirty. Staff personnel removed our bed sheets, took it to the elevator, folded it and put it back on our beds. Manager was not listening to the concerns. We booked another hotel around midnight. Will never book it again.
Worst hotel ever, no proper cleanliness maintained, the floor was dirty & the washrooms were not even washed properly before our use, would not recommend this hotel, we later got a much better hotel at the same price
Stayed two times. All stars to location of hotel. Floor above 1st is newly constructed. Rooms were not clean and service is pathetic. Jharokha rooms are well ventilated and bright. Rooftop view of Fort is Amazing.
