Hotel Goradia, Shirdi - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

Worst hotel ever stayed at. Had booked 4 rooms and the state of bathrooms in all 4 rooms were pathetic at check in. Towels were torn, soiled and unhygienic. Toilets were stained, fixtures rusted, hot water not available immediately. Reception staff forced to pay in full at check in. At check out reception staff blamed printer for not providing bill. When told that we will not leave without the paid receipt printer started working suddenly. Overall blame the management/owner for running an establishment like this with unprofessional staff in every department. Will never come back to this hotel.

Rooms are horrible as too much stinking .bathrooms don't have proper flush , showers and water sticks at drain when you take bath . I have never seen such kind of hospitality . We had to leave the room in just one hour as all the rooms are more or less same. Didn't get our refund as we had used only for one hour where actually our plan was to stay foe one day . Try to check rooms before you pay as once you pay won't get refund.

Worst experience ever . Their check in time is at 2 pm which is different from others and don't provide early checkin based on availability subjectivity. Also charge extra to checkin at 10 pm . Worst experience . Better to book medium star hotel than their hospitality.

though the location of the hotel is really good as it gives close proximity to sai baba mandir n various other restaurants n shopping areas. the stay in the hotel itself wasn't very great. we had booked 2 rooms. the tv wasn't working in one. for which the changed the room but even in that room the tv wasn't working, then the basic things like door bell wasn't functional, though they mentioned abt providing hot water 24x7. we didn't even get lukewarm water for bathing even after making several calls to the reception. the breakfast too had vry limited options n the taste was average. not worth the price they are charging also to add on. instead of taking action on the complaints made. we were asked to manage with whatever we had that too by the staff.

Dirty and torn towels. Unclean washroom , front office staff un responsive and non cooperative. No house keeping personnel found. Very bad as a whole for the money they charge

Dirty place. All rooms were not clean when asked for new set of bedsheets they brought a old used one from another room. Beds were damaged and full of strains.

The only positive thing about this old property is the proximity to the temple. Their food is good. But the rooms and service are bad.

Good we'll kept and spacious rooms was my earlier review about the hotel which is still the same but with a hike of almost 35 to 40 %. But after change of hands, the service levels have gone down drastically. The food quality has changed probably to cut costs and increase the profit margins, the room service is to be reminded every 10 mins once you request something and it is attended after 2-3 reminders.
