please dont book from booking. com, it will transfer u to oyo without ur information and hotel did not permited to me check ins... my payment still not returned, i have booked another room by paying cash. automatically they changed check in times and date.. customer care not pick ur call even i did mailed and msg on live chat.. no support from booking. com.no customer support
toilet was smelling like guttor due to ventilation area. order last day tea which didn't reaches to me. checkin time they are not able to locate the booking however it was not a big issue and they allow checked in. wifi siginal was poor and network of mobile is also poor. window area with stairs was accessible from outside which is a security issue.
