There should be some option to rate on negative scale. Worst staff Lift never works. Mis behave and threatening sort of staff. They all work in unity against you. Once booked , you will never try again

Worse than a lodge. The staff is so rude and terrible you'd regret the day you came to know about this hotel. The lift doesn't work, the fan and lights are half dead. Better to stay in some oyo than this. Save yourself from this abomination.

Worst Experience at this hotel. 1. There is no 24*4 hot water supply in the hotel. Even after requesting them for a hot water supply in the bathroom at around 9 pm for my toddler baby there was no hot water. 2. There are no geyser in the rooms so for hot water supply in the bathroom you have to call. 3. There was no intercom in our room 4. Worst customer service because even for a tea and water I had to wait 2-3 hours. 5. Since the hotel is situated in the busiest Market finding a parking space will be a challenge. 6. Mattress was not comfortable 7. Staff was not polite.

I booked the hotel during a family vacation and I was disappointed. Here are few good things about the place though: 1. Prime location in the city with the local market merely a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Public transport is merely 600-700m away where you can catch metro (Karol Bagh Metro Station) and bus services as well. 2. The staff behaviour was good. Didn't have any major issues in terms of that. 3. The room tariff was decent and I had booked it from MakeMyTrip. 4. Decent options of food & restaurant nearby. Didn't have a chance of ordering anything from Hotel restaurant except for Rotis, which was not at all good. Coming to the bad side of my experience, 1. The rooms are not ventilated at all. No windows in the room and the only window they had opened to the air vents. So, you feel claustrophobic inside. 2. The bathroom is not hygienic, the bathroom fittings are lose/broken/nonfunctional and lacks basic hygiene. The fittings were just coming off when using. Only soap and shampoo being provided in toiletry. No toothpaste, comb, toothbrush, etc. When called the room service to get those fixed, they promised to repair it but didn't even care to attend to it later. 3. Most of the power sockets were non functional. So, had a tough time getting my phones charged. The fans were too slow to throw air and the ACs didn't have a remote. So, good luck with getting a nice sleep. 4. The bedding was not in good condition. Stained bed linens, torn blankets, you name it. 5. Had a tough time getting drinking water in the room as they were extremely slow with giving room service. I was walking down to the restaurant to fill the bottles throughout my visit. 6. The cab services that I requested for were quoting me extremely high prices. So, I declined as Uber was available for almost half prices. Overall, not recommended at all. 4.
