HOTEL GOLDEN VEENA - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

They are just frauding peoples hard earned money. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days and paid advance of 5400/- When we reached the hotel they gave us the room on the top floor without the lift knowing all the people are senior citizens. On requesting them to give room on the ground floor or the first floor , they said it would be charged 1500 extra. They do not believe in customer satisfaction and just money minded people. Totally a no go. We just went off since it is totally far from market and room are not upto the mark for staying in it. Our 5400rs just went in vain.

Service is very much poor in room water is also not coming in washroom also they are closing ac full night in rooms . we should tell them again nd again for ac. We pay 6000rs for two day the services is very very very much poor waste experience of mount abu nd totally waste of money. Please remove this hotel from aagod nd make my trip

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place did not live up to its promises. The location was nowhere near perfect, despite what was mentioned. To make matters worse, after 11pm, there was no room service available, leaving me without any assistance or support during late hours. But that's not all. I was shocked to discover that there was an additional charge for something as basic as water. It felt like a cheap tactic to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting guests. Additionally, the staff members were unhelpful and uncooperative. Their lack of willingness to assist or address concerns made my stay even more frustrating. Safety is a top priority, especially when traveling with a group. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in that aspect too. There were no CCTV cameras, which raised serious concerns about our well-being and security. It's simply unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such a crucial aspect of guest safety. The overall hygiene of the hotel was subpar, with cleanliness issues apparent in the rooms. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were neglected. To add insult to injury, they charged exorbitant fees for basic facilities and services. It felt like they were constantly finding ways to charge extra, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Booking this hotel online turned out to be a huge mistake, and to make matters worse, there was no clear policy for refunds or any avenue to address our grievances. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value quality, safety, and fairness. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for better options

So far the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. I booked this hotel through makemytrip they charged us 6000 Rs for a night but the room quality was 500-800. Bed sheet was cleaned having blood spot also. They do not provide soap for hand wash and bath They can come in midnight and knock your gate so your not allowed to sleep in that room. not recommended to anyone to book this hotel. #makemytrip

Online showing Decent Photos and In real its very old property Bed smelling of bedsheets, Tv not working and tv dont have Remove Making joke at business with this type Of services Hotel golden veena is the worst property to stay in mount abu if you book from any portal they will cancel it if you don't do prepayment and then when you finally arrive there they will charge more money. Belive me they are serving worst food so please don't book this property Rooms were totally different from the photos shown on web. Room furniture and bedding were very old and not clean enough. There was no proper place for waiting and having breakfast. Average hotel. Service is ok. Rooms are ok. Never order food from the hotel kitchen. They are gonna charge too much. We order 2 daal fry and jeera rice it cost us around 700 rs. The worst part was it was not even good. Poor place, very unhygienic, dirty bedding and rooms smell, the TV doesnt work, the structure also seems to be old. The room service guys dont listen to you even after telling them few times they ask to contact the manager first. In my case the rooms were very unmaintained, gutkha spitted in the dustbins, used sanitary pads kept in the washroom, rooms are not properly cleaned after checkout. For all basic things we need to contact them and tell them twice for things to be done. Only positive point is the scenery in front of the hotel for which I have given 1 star but if option was available I would give 0 star. They are not reliable and accountable. If you will do online booking, online booking sites don't ask for payment and we need to pay at hotels but hotel guys will cancel your booking and give preference to the other customer who comes first. Third class rooms, very inefficient staff, money minded owner. Even a dharamshala is better than this hotel. EDIT 1: Well, had it been an fake review I would have not replied. Secondly, spoke very politely and was not at all abusive. Thirdly, I asked for discount as you were charging a bomb Rs.4000/- for a room which was not worthy. This shows you were money minded and why will I not ask for a discount if the price is way too high. If you were not money minded then you would have on-boarded me at a better discounted price. These are ways where you loose clients because of BIG EGO! This shows why you stand 3.5 All the best for future, learn and grow! Service is bad rooms are not clean windows are open there is no safty the rooms are very dirty and is waste of money electricity issue hot water facilities should be provided. Itss hilarious experience everrrr

Turning off ac after some time from the staff of hotel we should tell them again nd again for ac . Also we face a lots of water problem in the romm as compared to price it's my worst experience

Not at all recommended at this price point. Rooms in reality are are not at all at par with the rooms shown on google photos. Rooms are dirty and in a bad condition.
