Hotel Golden Valley, Bar Cum Restaurant - Hotel in Jalpaiguri - Jalpaiguri, India

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a charming hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay that met my expectations for a mid-range hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me with a warm welcome and provided efficient check-in service. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attentive and courteous demeanor contributed to a positive atmosphere during my visit. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. While not overly spacious, it provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was adequately equipped with essentials like a TV, minibar, and coffee maker.

Yeah so been to this hotel yesterday and here's my experience. So, before coming to my review, fyi I am here reffering to the Golden Valley Resturant not the Hotel. The hotel is situated in a pretty good place. Tried their food and it was okayish. I found the *prices* bit too high, it was definitely not the worth, as compared to what they serve. But yeah, the hotel is clean, airy, gives a nice ambience. The workers were nice and friendly. It's a family restrau, so yes you can bring in your family and friends to have a nice meal of the day! Portions were good. Food was not bad but it was tottaly not worth the price. For me 7/10. Overall, Nice hotel. Clean. Fresh. Overpriced food.

Very nice restaurant with good ambience and in a prime location. The food was tasty. Enjoyed chingri malai curry. Quantity was sufficient and the price was reasonable.Serive was good. I had a positive experience there.

We visited the restaurant recently and the food was very nice. Service is also good. Portion was good enough.

This hotel is situated in a good location having roads on the both sides. Also has a huge parking lot and lift facility. Also has a huge reception area and a bar cum restaurant. Rooms and corridors are well decorated. Paintings on the wall of the corridor and all branded items in rooms make it beautiful. Sony TV or Jaquar bathroom fittings etc. Compared to price point accomodations are good but there is an issue with cleanliness. Rooms were not much clean while our staying. Dust and dirt was here and there. Room service were not bad. Ordered foods for breakfast and dinner and they were good.

Nice, affordable, high-tech locking system, i couldn't see all but good. Lift is old and dirty.

No doubt, the food was great, but there are some problems too. However, if they work on it, then this restaurant must be upto the expected standard. Highly "unprofessional" service, with least etiquettes shows by the sole server.

Good food. Promptly served. Little too oily, but quite tasty.
