Hotel Golden Saffron By F9 Hotels - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and booked 3 rooms for my family. First they gave me a very bad room citing unavailability and I had to spend a night in it. Next day, they changed to a better room. Their rooms don't have television or a proper table in many of their rooms. If you ask them, they might arrange TV and table. Bathrooms had some issues with the hot water delivery so they provided rod. Room service is decent. Not many options for breakfast but available options are good in taste. Overall an above average hotel at this price range and I would only suggest it for a very short stay.

I have stayed here many times. the accommodation is okay better than other properties at this price point . Day staff is also cordial and well behaved . But faced a lot of issues with the night duty desk manager named manish. this guy is completely unprofessional, untrained , and unfit for the job. Completely misbehaved with me .. what irked me a lot was his tone . he talked as if I m not a customer of the hotel, and I got the room for free. Had a confrontation with him and I didn't appreciate a bit of it. I hope the hotel management takes a note of it and tries to have better staff on night duty . so for this particular experience, everything else doesn't matter . I rate this staff behour unacceptable..

I stayed in this hotel for two days was mistake in my life. The experience was really bad and worst. Basic amenities like bedsheets , water, towel etc was not in good condition. They gave us the things after 5-6 calls even they didn't bothered after booking. Tabs in the bathroom were broken. No TV in the room even they charge full amount. Ciagrette smell when you entered the room. Totally unfit for family stay.

Very bad experience, There is no TV in room, WiFi not working, bathroom lock broken, bed was very uncomfortable, room service care less and they also feel help less. Free Parking Available Never visit this place again

This is very good hotel. We stayed for three nights. Service was very good. Clean atmosphere.

Clean and haygine rooms Rooms interior is to good services were exellent

.Room itself was not so bad..but looks like no maintenance of the property. so slowly it is became shaddy.we had problem with a hot water..they was trying to fix it but could not...door and floor was ugly, window also..there are was no towel in the room..only when we asked they gave us.and we found cockroaches in the room..I could book much room in Pahar Ganj and would get the same service..but instead I booked this property hoping I would get better place to stay..but it is end up no worth the money we paid.Also we paid extra for the breakfast..and got just paratha and dahi...thats really disappointed us.

Rooms are in very bad conditions , bedsheets not cleaned , room stinks and not properly maintained
