Hotel Golden Residency - Hotel in Delhi - South West, India

Do not book this place even in case of emergency, there is no lift, the staircase is steep and not at all clean, the customers smoke everywhere in the hotel including reception, never ever go with a family or anyone, the room and washer was dirty as hell, you hear people voices in the corridors till 1am. Not a hygienic place to stand even .

Guys be carefull .This Hotel is SCAM. Think Twice bofore you book this Hotel. Literally slum area ( jhopadpatti) My stay was totally Horrible experience.. I stayed for one night with my family as we had to catch the flight next day . Room was like haunted room . Every things was too dirty . Bed sheet ,Toilet was stinking, Even area is also not safe for family and individual as well . I never ever recommand any one to book this Hotel.

I reached at 12 am at this place but I nowhere saw this Hotel Sign Board and the mobile number which was provided, was switched off. After moving here and there for one hour other hotel staff hepled us to find it. He said there is no sign board and people know them by above Yes Bank. When I reached there they were unaware about my booking. When I show them the booking slip they offerred me room which was full of mosquito's, blanket was dirty, room was smelled. In the morning there was no bucket, soap and mug in the Bathroom. When I go to the reception no one was there and staff was sleeping at other room till 7 am. Then I awoke them up and told me to give these thing for bathing, they said ok. after waiting 15 minutes I went back to that room they were slept again. I rebuked them why they are doing like this with a Handicapped person like me, then they gave me that things. When I asked them for breakfast they denied and I left the Hotel. I could get more hospitality, if I asked a shelter in stranger house.

I have been to so many hotels in Delhi NCR including 5 star hotels as well but when i visited here i found something surprising, i mean they guys just have started and they are going soo well. Hospitality which i got was very good. Staff is also coperative and helpfull. They provides good complimentary breakfastas well. And they are going superb..!!

It's a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Disgusting reception, rude receptionist, **** rooms, there is no window in the room its like u'll die of suffocation, no ventilation at all . Sticky/smelly toilets, no soap n towel, unhygienic toilets, there r sanitary pads on the toilet wall, dont knw since how mny days.. overall i would giv big 0(zero). Waste of money,time,stay at this place. No service at all everythng is broken at this place its full of ****. Even bachelors will hav dificulties here.. n family ppl forget abt this place u will definetly get vry good hotel at same price

This was the worst experience ever. Location of hotel is wrongly mentioned on map..Linen was changed after request, No towels given, no mug in bathroom , no water in washbasin.. balcony was untidy. breakfast was Given by a vendor who came on cycle and served and 2 rusk as breakfast.. felt like Iwasn't somewhere in bihar

. As I live in dwarka and booked for my relative for upcoming function, I went there to check the hotel, as it is nearby to my home. My experience was terrible, below are some facts:- Hotel is located in a under construction building. It located at second floor with no working lift, so very uncomfortable for old age people. In regard of hotel amenities are very average, very less than 3 star as mentioned. Hotel staff not wearing any dress, so unable to identify hotel staff/guest/outsider. In lieu of breakfast, it is not buffet or restaurant, they serve you in room with tea or coffee along with prantha/bread toast/Omelletee any one. Which is not as expected.
