I have been going to this place for the past 8 yrs ... its the most pocket friendly place you can get with a nice service from the staff ... 2 mins walk from the Bandra (w) station.. food is mostly great as it's brought from nearby restaurants... staff is also very good

Good for business trip in suburban Mumbai .. walkable distance from iconic Bandra railway station ( West ) .. affordable price ... Service are okok but you can manage in that price range
It's located exactly opposite to Bandra Railway station. It will be a bit hard to find the location of hotel as it is in small lane. The steps are olden and it really scares us to walk on those yet they are picturesque. The rooms are pretty smaller and not worth of the price. The gates remain closed in the nights and we need to ask the management to open the gates and give reasons too.

Hidden, noisy, steep stairs to get to reception so it's not welcoming for people with condition or elders.
The man at the reception was the most horrible dude with no sense of hospitality. So rude and racist. Telling me we don't accept foreigner for no reason although they are taking booking on a foreign website...... of course congested, small and dirty place. Even if it's cheap, you can find better somewhere else ! Never give your money to these rude and arrogant people. It took me an hour to reach and got ejected like a piece of garbage. Horrible service, horrible guy. Please consider doing another job.
