The hotel experience was kind of not good as I went there in the night. The first thing is that the hotel is situated in very interior so you have to be just very careful when searching for it using Google maps. Secondly the staff of the hotel is kind of weird and you will feel a negative vibe coming from their side. The hotel washroom was not at all good in fact there was not even hot water and forget about the toilet paper in the washroom. The room was so small you can hardly roam inside the room and the almirah was also not good. Overall it wasn't a good experience.
It's a good place to stay with all the basic amenities.... But the hotel is overpriced. Then again everything seems to be overpriced around here. They have options of food too with a kitchen. They don't have a restaurant though. The bathrooms are good and pretty well maintained. The lift has some minor issues though. And the other room taken by us had some issues with the AC. They people are good and give room for negotiations....
Please Don't Book your stay with them. It was an worst experience we ever had, we booked this hotel through OYO our booking id was MWVB8605, There was no AC, and WiFi in room. Room lights were not working, switch boards were broken. And it was unpleasant smell in room. It was unhygienic. Staff was rude.
Very bad behaviour and very bad room service. And breakfast provided by them is disgusting... That hotel is not for family. They even can abuse you if you are late to check out they don't request you or come to your room ask for check out. Oyo need to check as they are tuned their name.
Its a usual resident turned into Oyo, the service is slow. The rooms are pretty spacious but as i said, its a normal 3-4 bhk resident turned into hotel. 3/5 stars.
One of my worst nightmare.... Bitter experience. They give it on per hour rate type. I hope u understand. Never go with family. Or never expect good sleep there

Nice and peaceful property in Kirti Nagar.Best part is that it is easily reachable from Airport and New Delhi Railway Station.
