As foreigner you are not welcome here they say no place for you full but the online booking is 3 hours later still open for booking. Better to take train at 19.53 to Abu road there everything still open and no problem for to find good hotel.
Experience with Hotel is average. The room is good but the badsheet n Blanket n pillow was dirty. Towel provided are very dirty even not provided on time, we get in the evening .In the hotel no waiting area for seating. The staff not allowed to seat at the reception before your time, if you reached their early.You have to wait at the Road for your time start.which was very bad and no humanity seen by the Hotel staff to stay outside with family n small kids ,even though as per them they won't allow anyone to seat in Hotel. overall I don't enjoy stay at the Hotel. very well service at this hotel the hotels rooms are very very neat and clean.. 24 hours housekeeping services.purely minaral water available complimentary.good location of this hotel.staff also good ..hotel is nearby railway station and bus station.i recommend if stay at palanpur city than visit this hotel and stay atlist one time..my experience is very well of this hotel ..
