Wonderful home away from home. Firstly both the managers day and night are fantastic gentleman kind courteous, and easy to talk with. On a visit to Convent of Jesus and Mary to see my ailing aunt Sr. Francesca almost 90 years. This lovely hotel was a blessing just 15 minutes away. I was upgraded to premium room with no extra charge. Isn't that hospitality. What more g could have asked for. My Grandson Jake enjoyed his sleep on a wonderful big king size bed tucked into clean sheets. Coffee maker additional frills to beat the cold. Mr Ajay manages with smiles and ever ready to help in a jiffy. Food is excellent with room service from any of their two restaurants vegetarian and chillies non vegetarian food. Don't miss this place for a comfortable stay in Ambala. You will not regret it. My testimony is an honest truth for you to choose this property for a comfortable stay in Ambala. Excellent hotel to stay for a night or two. Clean and cosy rooms with ample parking. Great staff members with nice and friendly behaviour. The room service is about slow but their behaviour compensates the same. The location is on the highway and easy to reach.

The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and an ambiance that exuded elegance. The staff members were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need and desire was met with efficiency and grace. Their genuine care and dedication truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. The room we stayed in was an absolute dream. Impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a sanctuary of tranquility. The plush bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the luxurious amenities provided were top-notch. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail and commitment to exceeding guest expectations. The food is also amazing, either it's via room service or their Breakfast Buffet. Each meal was a celebration of flavors, and the presentation was nothing short of art. This hotel is Pet Friendly as well, which was again a great thing as I travel with my four legged companion a lot! We went to attend family function in Ambala. As there were many guests at home,we decided to stay in hotel. Well the room had no ventilation, the only window opened in shaft which had pipeline etc. As it was already midnight & we were tired ,we took it. We ordered tea & sandwich,the bread was totally dry without any butter and tea was taste less. I won't recommend this hotel because of our experience, but can't say that the same will happen to others.

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks while visiting my family in India who had ongoing construction at home. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff was very professional. A shout out to Jaipal Ji, one of the staff members, who was a delight to deal with and was helpful throughout my stay there. As a female traveling in India, safety was a factor for me and I am glad I chose this hotel. Kudos to the whole service team!

Hotel Golden Orchid is family place. Stayed here with family. Environment is very soothing. Property is well maintained. Excellent experience.

Attended function at hotel golden orchid, this place is perfect in terms of venue, service, space, food quality. Ample space for parking. They do provide vallet parking for free.
