Rooms are good and overall quite comfortable. Bathroom is also clean and tidy although for a 3 star hotel, full bathroom kit with disposable toothbrush & paste should also be provided. Service (in-room dining) is satisfactory. It's a value for money experience. I would recommend this place for a stay.

Stayed at the hotel for an exam. The hotel is centrally located with uppsc bhawan nearby. One can easily get an auto to reach there. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the have in room food service available. The breakfast was complimentary and of good quality. Service was prompt. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Would recommend it.

As per the price the hotel is not quite good . Room size is big. Food and Service is also good. The property is a little old . They didn't maintain properly inside the room. But Now they are renovating.

Immediately after check-in problems started. First of all the AC of our was not working properly. technician was sent to our room but he was clueless. he kept on giving some vague explanation. finally we were given a different room( which was smaller than our previous room). finally we got a normal functioning AC. The mattress springs were pressing on my back really bad and by day 2 I had a bad backache They claim 24 hrs hot water supply but that's not the case. Every single day I had to call the reception to remind them of non availability of hot water. the reason that they gave me was that in summer 99% of guests don't ask for hot water so they don't switch on geyser until someone asks for it. Day 1 they asked for my newspaper preference for which I was pleasantly surprised. Then they didn't bother to give me newspaper for next 2 days. As far as breakfast menu is concerned they really lack variety. Even the taste was ordinary I was planning to give only 1 star but giving 2 because Mr. Ram Swaroop from housekeeping was attentive and hardworking ( saving grace)

My stay was too good.staff is also too much good.awosome behaviour from the staff side very professional very polite very helpful & responsible.highly recommended to stay here.

I stayed here for 2 nights in month of march. 3 bed room cost with breakfast around 3200rs. i felt it was good. room service fantastic , behavior excellent . My room was quite big, so problem faced. Car parking facilities are there. No restaurant / dining hall is there but room service , taste of food is excellent. location is also good.

Firstly, I noticed that there were insects in my room. This was quite alarming and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I understand that it can be difficult to control insects in a hotel setting, but I would suggest that you take steps to address this issue. Secondly, I experienced slow water flow in the tap in my room. This was quite inconvenient. I would suggest that you check the plumbing system in the hotel and ensure that it is functioning properly. Overall, I would rate my stay at your hotel as average due to these issues. While they did not completely ruin my experience, they did detract from my enjoyment of the stay. I hope that you will take these suggestions into consideration and work to improve the experience for future guests.
