Location is superior. Rooms are clean and well managed.service is slow due to no food service. You can bring your meal from outside. Overall very good
Worst experience:( 1. TV not working. called staff multiple times. they do come and say will be done in some time but that some time never comes in 2 nights stay 2. The hotel staff manually switched off the AC in midnight. Need to call staff all the time for AC. 3. Hotel staff not good at all 4. Bed sheets very dirty. called them for change and they said we have only these 5. Electricity issue. 4-5 hours no electricity. They kept a generator for show piece and will be Transferred to the Museum. They don't use it. 6. They don't care for their customers even if they ask them for any service 7. Strongly no recommendation to anyone. Waste of money.
The room was very very dirty. There were Spiders in our bathroom and the whole room was dirty in any way. Also the smell was horrible like mustiness. Our towels were over and over full with dirty lines and smell like they were never washed before. The breakfast was very good. All in all, ist was very overpriced. No parking zone available.....0 Star hotel

The Dark face counter person is a fraud. Dirty bedsheets and smelling towels, never book this hotel, they will loot you, the counter person was agreed for three day payment,, but when it came time of billing than he added extra one day payment. They looted us. Please please never book this hotel.
worst experience. room was too dirty and washroom was pathetic. it has cigarette buds in the toilet pots. there was a booking from the afternoon and we have checked in around 10 in the night and then they started cleaning the room and the mop was stinking. he was using the same mop for the washroom and the room. plus there was no generator n electricity. had to checkout within 30 mins and while requesting for the partial refund the receptionist lady manager was very rude and didn't respond nicely at all. will suggest you all not to go that pathetic place. it is totally waste of money.

Hotel Room bedsheets had too much dust and dirty and the hotel staff had AC contrrol and no hot water was provided, we had to ask for rod for hot water and hotel staff clothes were dirt.
