I was so pleased with the satisfaction of myself and my Family.I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The staff were phenomenal. Mohsenh helped us to make our Breakfast Early in the morning. The service at the Hotel Golden Leaf was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particularly impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs.
V good experience, d staff is v cooperative . D food is amazing . Personal attention is given to every individual by Nasir n his whole team . D taste of food is v good . I wd prefer staying in ur hotel if ever I happen to visit Srinagar again.

It is amazing experience with Golden leaf. Food Quality is super & ready to customize as well. We packed our breakfast in morning as we need to leave early they are very helpful. Good thing - Food is very good & rooms are clean. Bad thing - It is little far from the city around 10-12 km so you need vehicle to room around DAL lake.
I stayed in this Hotel for 6 days in September 2023 first week.We were about 18 people. The food was excellent, and they gave a good variety. Nicely presented. Waiters like Azad, owaisi and Asif gave us a great service. Great housekeeping. No complaints at all. The Manager and their chefs deserve special mention. The stay was such a memorable, one we all took a group photo with owner and staff and gave them a standing ovation. Keep it up! We love hotels like this!
The Service and ambiences was awesome. Foods they prepared very yummy and the restaurant staffs are very cooperative. Mr. Azad and GRM manager Mr.Nasir and all other staffs are handles all the customers very well. Highly recommended this Hotel and restaurant for Tourists.
I have just returned from staying here and it felt like I was staying at home. Its very spacious and clean , the bathrooms are clean and shower was perfect. Service provided under the supervision of Mr Mohsien was exceptional. We enjoyed Alot in Jammu and Kashmir India . Thank you once again
Good hospitality with such a humble staff. The food is amazing starting from breakfast to dinner everything is delicious. Mr.Abid giving the flavours that can make any dishes tasty. Coming to the staff Owais bhai were so humble and helpful. I recommend everyone if you are visiting in Srinagar please stay. Give them a chance for the hospitality.
