We stayed here for 3 nights in this property. Location is superb just in the center of Famous M.G.MARG. Our suite size was good one but need a bit improvement. The Manager Mr. Ranju is truly a gentleman and helped us a lot. 10/10 for Location and Mr. Ranju and 6/10 for rest amenities.
It's on the MG marg Mall road in Gangtok. Very convenient for people looking for shopping. It's close to the local taxi stand as well.
Rooms are not well maintained. Few of them are good few are in bad condition. So if you are lucky then you will get a good room, else you'll have to manage.
This hotel doesn't have lift.
Also, like any other hotel on MG marg, cars will drop you on the road behind as cars are not allowed on MG Marg and the you will have to hire a potter to carry your luggage to the hotel.
Worst management. One of the worst behaviour by the manager. They don't help the customer.

The hotel is located in MG market which is altogether a different experience but that makes it also inaccessible to any vehicles or easy connectivity as you have to carry your luggage to and fro the hotel on foot....rooms are old fashioned with lot of wood work and bustling with market din and roar....no lift available,washrooms are clean,toiletries are OK,hospitality is fine,linen is ok and a restaurant cum bar is available on the 1st floor which is a bit expensive owing to the location....but the food options are unlimited in MG market with fountains, flowers, shops,restaurants, eateries, good crowd and liveliness
