this is barely a 4 star hotel, even station lodges are better. the food was bland, but the prices sky high. the staff was unprofessional and arrogant. the location is too far away from the all the main sights that delhi has to offer. if you want to enjoy your stay, choose another hotel.

i had the extreme pleasure of staying here I must say my experience was absolutely fantastic . From the moment i arrived until the time of my departure the hotel staff went above and beyond to insure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable . Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient , they even accommodated my request for a room with a view which was breathtaking. The room was luxurious immaculately clean and beautifully furnished . The bed was comfortable with clean and nice lenin. The location of the hotel was ideal , allowing me to visit nearby places at ease. Overall, my one day stay was an absolute delight . From nice accommodations to impeccable service, every aspect of my experience was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable trip around.
It's a good hotel to stay which is ideally located to meet the travelling requirements. Food and environment is good. I appreciate the friendly staff response and efforts to make the stay comfortable. It's one of my choices for any trip.

Everything is perfect. As I am staying in the room already..we booked 4 rooms . Service was top notch throughout. Even in the early morning the staff was very nice and helpful .
Hey Folks, hope you guys are doing fine. I contacted this hotel's General Manager(Mr Sachin Mishra) regarding a long term stay in the month of August. He sounded so rude and arrogant and he disconnected the phone by saying that if stay 100 nights the rates will be same. I don't know what service they are providing in there Hotel Golden Grand. Thanks for reading :-)
