It's a great location, close to all tourist attractions and they have a ramp to their hotel! Something you won't find in many places.
Wheelchair accessible and with a lift! Rooftop is a good place to chill in the evenings :)
Hotel bedroom we had 401 was a big room, looking closely the rooms are a bit worn-out.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was great in the hotel. Service was good. Situated near India gate, shopping places were walking distance. Food was great. Recommended for anyone looking for a good , clean and comfortable hotel to stay while in Mumbai.

Stayed for a night with family and felt the Room was congested and Bathroom was small, no space to stand and take bath, had to stand inside the bath tub to take bath. Breakfast was not good enough, neither much variety nor any taste. Roof top had a good view. Hotel is near to Gateway of India and Marine drive. Hotel staff were good but they request tip from customers which was not at all expected because the hotel room rate was too costly.
For 7500 Rs per night its not worth hotel, we booked for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) they are renovating the hotel, the lifts are heritage old and disgusting. The front desk staffs and good and helpfull.
We booked suite here, Very comfortable & spacious rooms considering average room size in mumbai
Food was excellent, specially if you're travelling from north India with punjabi taste buds
Staff was courtes and happily served us with there hospitality

I had a wonderful experience staying. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even upgraded me from a standard room to a deluxe one. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and made my stay very comfortable.
