Very horrible place never stay at this place rooms are not clean bedsheets are ripped and have stain service is bad didn't even asked for water as per their service the price is too high I do not recommend this place

Please do not stay at this hotel. Very dirty very bad house. Broken windows in every room. The bathroom is very dirty. I couldn't stay, so I had to find another hotel. You will not see any sea view. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Never stay in this hotel! The staff are all rude and corrupt. Even after confirmation of your booking and advance payment, they will make you leave your rooms if they get a customer offering better money. The staff will leave you stranded in the middle of your stay. You will get much better hotels on the same budget.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staffs are good. But what amazes me is the management of the organisation. It has two seperate parts. One is the old building and the other new. The new construction is very well maintained and offers great rooms. I am not pretty sure about the service in that part though. However the scenery changes completely when the old building comes into question. These rooms are non AC but spacious. But management refrains from providing even the basic amenities in these rooms. Not even a single bed sheet is changed. There is no room service. The room isn't cleaned at regular intervals. The curtains are torn and unclean if we can put it in the mildest way. The door knob doesn't click. Moreover don't be afraid if you get a sudden call from the manager asking you to vacate the room and shift in another room during your stay even if the room that you are staying has been alloted to you by the person himself. Of course you would choose the room, but you might be asked to make way to another room upon the whimses of the manager. Oh how can I forget the check out time. The check out time is 7.30 am. Yes you read it right. It's 7.30 a.m. so be very careful with your choice of room and the choice of building.
