Not to miss.. One of the best foods in Kumbakonam. They have an authentic taste of this city and coffee is really good. Overall a wonderful experience. Especially if you have chapati here they will amaze you with the side dish(not the usual you get everywhere). Wonderful service. Sweet and innocent people.. You only have breakfast and dinner. No lunch here.
Can provide RO water, parking for car difficult as it was on main road. By 8pm no coffee and most of the tiffin items were over. Chutney was very spicy for our taste. Not suitable for tourists especially with kids. Good for locals and back pack travellers.
Went here for filter coffee. But after seeing the good crowd we decided to have breakfast here. We tasted idli, puri, pongal and dosa. All the food items tasted good. Finally finished good filter coffee. Total 3 Persons Amount 300 .

One of best restaurant in that region Best homely taste food without any unwanted preservative and additives. Little bit spicy. Best place to get filter coffee and they are not using packet or preservative milk.
At the entry point in Kumakonam from Dharasuram. Tasty Pongal and coffee in the early morning, while on a picnic. Reasonable price.

I had an amazing traditional lunch here. Rice with samabar, vatha kolumbu, rasam, & buttermilk. 2 different sides & applam. The service was personal. I felt that I was eating a home cooked meal. Thank you
