Though it's a new hotel, needs many improvements. Management has to personally look into the matter. I have already given my points to the Receptionist last night. Room allotted to us was big only. Didn't utilise the restaurant facility
Unacceptable service for INR 3700 per night + taxes. Please don't go on pics and reviews available as I did. Can't be called as hotel. Services are like lodge. Flies and insects were flying in lobby and room. Intrestingly they don't even have any pesticides or Hit available. Staff were unaware of details of my booking. I booked room with breakfast. In the morning they were not aware of it. There were no breakfast or buffet available. On request they arranged my breakfast in room later. At one night there were hundreds of insects slipped into my room through window. The intercom didnot work from day one. I had to call the no given on website to inform them about insects. The person on other side of phone said "What can be done at night?" I personally went to lobby, there was complete dark and one person was sleeping. Somehow I managed to inform him he then sent one guy with broom (on my suggestion ) After one hour of struggle managed to get rid of insects. Gyser was not available. They said to charge money for water after 1 litre for 3 guests (INR 3700/night room rent I paid).
How could this be an"International" hotel? This is the worst place i stayed ever. Rooms are too small. Twin sharing rooms were converted to triple rooms. Windows cannot be closed properly. No hot water. No AC. Not even toilet rolls were kept. They had to be requested. Bedsheets and pillow cases are dirty. Mattress is like a rock. Bathroom drainage is blocked. Doesnot give hair dryers. Staff is not willing to help. Im highly dissapointed and dissatisfied.
The hotel is a big zerooo in everything ..staff attitude is pathetic,the rooms are super smelly and stinky.There is no breakfast service even after u pay for it.The manager is clueless about everything .They don't have first aid kit .They don't have any pesticide programme ....the rooms have full of insects and cockroaches.The housekeeping is superrrrrr slowwwwww.
Highly recommend.. Nice hotel to stay.. Every room have kettle.. Seniors stay more comfortable this hotel.. bathroom accessories all items available.. Very nice staffs..

A traditional and lovely hotel, in the heart of Bodh Gaya. Easy to walk everywhere from. The staff were all just so friendly. There was a terrace which we enjoyed sitting out on. The hotel was so clean and comfortable.
