Hotel Glow Inn-3 Mins Walking From NDLS - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Great location, 5mints walk from New delhi station, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lunch/dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Pleasant place and helpful staff. Reasonably clean. Difficult to find and is more than 3 minute walk From the train station. You go down main bazaar street and then make a right at the axis bank and ATM And go around a few twists and turns. Getting picked up there by Uber is difficult, but there are lots of auto rickshaws On the Main Street. The proprietor speaks English

I'd recommend this hotel if you want to just spend one or two nights near railway station and important offices under pocket friendly prices. Blanket was stinky and TV never worked. One window was there in our room but the view was obstructed by a huge wall right before that. They overcharge people from other states a lot.

Well.. I would say I got scammed. Photos online and some of the reviews are apparently fake. We (2 people) stayed 1 night 10pm to 8am and we were charged 1200 INR. Room was tiny and not clean at all, bed was kind of broken.. had a weird dent in the center and sides that I couldn't sleep properly and woke up with a sore neck. Bathroom was absolutely tiny I am 50kg and slim and I was having difficulty using bathroom, imagine someone heavy and flush was malfunctioning too. They gave us just 1 towel which wasn't even freshly cleaned/washed, AC inside the room was just for show-off, it didn't work at all, fan was there but that fan had just 1 setting (highest speed), you can't slow it down as per your needs. Also the location it was in was absolutely dirty and away from the main street, it was smelling sewage around. Also on website it was mentioned that breakfast was complementary and there they were charging us 120 INR for breakfast (we denied). Not recommended at all. Please save your money and stay away from this scam.

Horrible absolutely horrible place. Not in my wildest dream had i expected such horrible service. Claustrophobic rooms. Very filthy. No room service. So awful was the size of room that I fell ill right in the middle of the night in that pigeonhole. Don't ever dare to try this hotel.

Very bad experience...Area are not Good..If u r couple nd u will go stay for this hotel plz don't stay coz the location of this hotel are very bad... nd charges of room are high according that room

Foreigners be aware! A friend of mine was charged twice for the ordered food. Once on the day of ordering and then again while checking out. They won't even want to look after someone's luggage for a few hours without asking for money for it. @Glow inn, you're working in India, where we say Atithi Devo Bhava and is this how you treat our Atithis? Shame on you! Pathetic and very disturbing.
