Overpriced and untidy hote. I had ordered cold drink worth rs. 35 and he charged me later on 70 rs for the same. Exactly double of the actual price. Rooms were so untidy and unhygienic and he charge 1700 for that. If there were no emergencies then I would have gone for railway waiting rooms instead of this unworthy hotel. I would like to rate it on the scale of most negative no. Thanks.

The room was closed for many months due to which it had unpleasant smell. Bathroom was clean but there was leakage from the jet spray. The staffs cleaned the room only when we asked them to. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Ome of the most pathetic hotels to stay. The hotel features as a Treebo hotel on booking sites, however it's not even close to standards of a lodge. The room not at all matches the images shown on booking sites. The linen was unwashed, dirty and full of stains, room and bathroom was smelly and the room was not even dusted. A very unhygenic place to stay, and also feels dingy in the night.

Rooms are very old and dirty... Especially the washrooms... They don't even clean the rooms... No ventilation... Location is very good and the service is okayish... Geysers doesn't work in most rooms, old furnitures, dirty beds

Worst hotel and super worst management. Very Rude and non-sense people, Don't even know how to talk. Awful food quality and very unhygienic hotel. Pls don't go there and regeret!!

I was on a road trip and reached the hotel at 12 am had to checkout at 7 am i.e i booked the room for 7 hrs. I needed rest so that i could drive the very morning. The experience was horrible. I was alloted a room which was termite treated which they claimed as anti mosquito treatment the smell was disgusting. There was no intercom and towel was not provided. The flush was not working. Drinking water was not provided and they consistently push u to buy packed bottle. They took 1 hr to fix the flush. The staff are ill behaved. To sum up this was the worst hotel to be in if u r in lucknow.

I am given one star, because of the unhelpful manager who took night duty in this hotel. Afternoon person was professionally sophisticated in his nature. He was helped me after the checkout. Linen were stinks badly, intercom was not working, room has siqngle working charging point there were more but that's not in proper working condition. There are little more things. Ground & food service staff were very helpful.

What kind of pathetic response from the customer care person sitting in HQ(there was no possible way to contact hotel directly if you booking from third part vendor like agoda and there is someone fabhotels which gets looped in and I just reffered to the person sitting as there representative at HQ). I had requested for early check in that I had done and put in words while booking( but no response affirmative on this till I went there).How can they end the query and left someone in lurch.Or put the hotel contact no directly in the mail instead your contact no and doing nothing when contacted!! At last when I went there contacted at hotel reception, the guy was so rude I can not tell you! My driver who went there to drop me I just asked very politely that please have him served one tea and breakfast in waiting area near reception(which I had told my driver already that you should have breakfast then leave after dropping me) then that stupid reception guy responded in rude way driver ko nahi bula sakte ander....policy ke khilaf hai humare....apne room me le jake khilayiye...waiting area me no eating....I am what kind of pathetic irresponsible behaviour from the person who is expected to be serving your needs in every possible manner as long as you stay, good that checked out that day only after 6 hours.These people are in hospitality sector, should know how to be hospitable first!! No response no care for customers, problem plus this rude behaviour from that receptionist ,who is going to pay you. That too after COVID shutdown when their business has started to pick up gradually. And most tragic what I saw while checking out that he was serving tea biscuit to his one customer !! He had issue with driver being served tea there, is he not human!! Very bad , don't book or stay there.....room is also not what you see in pictures uploaded online !!
