Nice and cosy place, neat and clean rooms. Room service and food quality is good.

I visited this hotel last Sunday. To be very honest i didnt find any strange or behavioural issues with staff , i dont the experience of other people, but mine was good . Rooms are average and budget rooms . Rooms are good if you want to stay for 1-2 days.

Worst possible place to stay, even for a night. They will act nice while checking-in but they will haggle you for extra 500 without fail while checkout. Rooms are okayish, food is the worse, they won't allow outside food as well. Avoid this hotel if possible.

For foreigner visitors, do not go to this hotel. They do not accept foreigners. They claim they can't fill out a C-form for the police. I don't believe this. Over the years, I have stayed at over 30 hotels, guesthouses, and hostels across India in 18 cities in 11 different states, and never once before this hotel was there a suggestion that I couldn't stay at an accommodation because I was a foreigner. I don't believe there was really an obstacle for me to stay at the hotel; I think they just didn't want to accommodate me. If that was the case, I wish they wouldn't have been honest about it and not tried to blame it on some form.

This place is very good in its price range. Its a good budget hotel in chandigard. Their rooms are good and very clean. Rooms service is fast but they need to work a bit on their food. The thing which i liked the most is that they have their own big parking area and you dont need to park your car on the road. Front desk staff is very nice and they deal very well with the guest. Highly recommend for those who are looking for cheap but comfortable stay. I have already stayed here for 4 to 5 times. I had a good time there. It will be better and cheaper if you straight away book your room from hotel. Online booking will charge more around 600 to 1000 rupees.

Worst hotel you can ever find. They have an indecent staff with no management and customer redressal. The rooms are filthy and leaking, if you happen to find yourself in this hotel do not go to room 205 or 101. The AC leaks and the walls are literally dripping with water while you sleeping had to manage a whole night like this, until they changed it the next day. It's been 6 months, even when I went back to check this, it was the same.I was stuck as I had paid advance. Worst Hotel Rooms and Service. I would recommend never visit this hotel. The Manager named Shaurya he doesn't know how to talk with guests, talks so rudely and reflects the hotels manners to deal with the customers. I am putting the photos and this is how I got the Room when I checked in.

Very bad experience I'll mannered staff

Good Hotel. Morning staff is very decent. Evening staff is very strange . Mr Vijay on reception is a nice person Owner of this hotel is also very decent personality. Rooms are neat and clean . Parking availble. Food is average. Lift is there. Little costlier according to location.
