Hotel Gitanjali - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

I used to stay there during My trip .it's very nice & family behaviour from hotel staff. Good service & Very good restaurants near by to take food. Location is also very good Near to metro station.

Please avoid this Hotel,if you respect yourself and love your Money. Had such a horrible experience with this Hotel recently. The RECEPTIONIST was such a arrogant and illetrate Person that he was not listening and started shouting when we reached there. These is multiple below scenario happened:- 1)We booked for 1 nyt stay but we checked in late around 6 pm because the room was not ready and the address which have got of this Hotel was not clear and also there was No phone number mentioned anywhere for this hotel.(Even we tried to find one phone n,but it was also unreachable) 2)When I asked them the reason then He (receptionist)Such a SILLY PERSON have never seen entire my life,he started shouting and abusing me.Also he was not listening to his Collegues(one Lady receptionist present over there). 3)Beside giving reason of giving late to room he started blaming me only that why you booked Online and all(Such a FOOL person he was) 4)We told him to change our room from NON-AC to AC coz the Non Ac room Fan was running worst the Ordinary Fan then he again charged us Rs 300 extra.M ok that he can,but his behavior was like ..Tu Mujhe Free ka Paisa thodi de raha..He was talking like that..Seriously.. 4)As we were tired from our Journey on that day and the places was new for us,so we just tried to listen him and Finally done the Checkin. 6)Coming to Room ,the BED was such an uncomfort seems like Wooden Mat.Forgot about a Single silled Water Bootle,they don't even having basic Clean Towel,soap and all. please feel free to book this hotel.If you REALLY WANT TO SPOIL YOUR JOURNEY and Face this RECEPTIONIST (ILLETRATE,FOOL ,ARROGANT) Person.

Very poor and weird hotel lots Smell of cigarettes r constantly coming and the receptions is also very bab in behaviour he has much attitude in him... And the staff boy is also very weird laughing for no reason Rooms r dirty not a hygienic place at all also soo many stairs anyone can get tired of climbing those chadai of stairs Also related to safety we both r soo scared bz of auto wala he told it's not a safe place for families Also my room door was jammed They charged soo high but d service they provide is very low... Receptionist is very bad in nature But one women staff is nice she is soo kind and helpful Only giving 2 star for the nice behaviour of women bz he is only nice to people's there

There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, so the OLD person could not climb up that much of stairs. Rooms are completely different from the pictures which are uploaded on site. Rooms are completely packed and bedsheet was dirty. AC was not working properly. Blanket had holes .

Nice hotel near to kalupur railway station ahmedabad Price low for 1 or 2 day stay its good ...

Very small single room located near ahmedabad railway station 1 km. You have to take stairs located on first and second floor you have to take ur luggage by yourself no help from staff

It is a very good hotel. Geetanjali When I come to Ahmedabad and do not come to this hotel, my heart does not feel anywhere else.

I often travel for office purposes and this was the worst experience ever i had in any hotel. The pictures shown by the OYO or the hotel management are completely different from what it is actually. The hotel even doesn't have any soap or the handwashing and when asked for the same, management got that from outside and asked extra money for the same. The rooms are not clean at all, you will find dirty badsheet, ugly pillows and stinking washroom.
