Good location, located bit away from the main road renders this place quiet. A nice haunt to enjoy a relaxing vacation or stay in Banjara hills Clean and decently maintained rooms, good decor and ambience.. comfortable beds ...decent food and service makes it a good recommendation. . Specially Mr. Noor was very helpful man. He help us alot to know about this place..

I had a poor experience. Had a transit. I stayed barely for a few hours. Due to my carelessness, left some clothes - called them within 24 hours of checking out. The staff was so occupied, they could not take out 5 mins to just check the room, and at the end of the day - claimed - they found nothing. Dirty rooms, noisy corridor . Garvesh from Front Desk - Unhelpful. Very poor service attitude. will not recommend to anyone.

Very poorly maintained property. Even small cockroaches found inside the room and toilets. TV was not working, no one attends complaints. No safe lockers available in the rooms. Cupboards are not in poor & broken condition. Only good thing was Food was good and tasty. Overly priced hotel..

Very average stay. The staff are polite but hardly able to do the work given. They always have excuses as to why something wasn't done. Watch out for sneaky add-on charges, they attempt to give you an upgrade at check in and then call after you have settled in to increase the rate. The guys at the breakfast hall always try to charge for breakfast even tho it is on the CP plan. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are terrible. Water pressure in the shower is average The room service menu is a joke, most of the items are always not available and the few that are are tasteless. Billing is absolute chaos. They are unable to handle it All is this is fine if they charge 2000 or below a night. Not acceptable if they charge almost 4000 a night, you are better off paying a little extra and staying at a branded 4/5 star hotel

The entrance to hotel is behind the Bank of India, so Initially had confusion when my cab arrived at the destination, but the big board helps to direct in the right direction Clean and well maintened rooms , when i arrived early they allowed early check in to a different room until my booked room was ready .pleasant and helpful staff Good decor in the rooms, comfortable beds and linen...clean wood finish floors improve the ambience of the place.. Restaurant was good but seemed pricey. overall a good hotel for solo/business traveling and for group .not sure if it's family friendly privacy was maintained, help given by staff

Centrally located but have Parking problems for bigger gatherings. Valet parking needs improvement for early morning functions. Lift needs to be looked into. They get stuck sometimes. Breakfast was decent. The function hall is good and the team attending was prompt to help.

A very good experience! Very neat and hands-on staff. The person who owns the place is very cooperative too. Overall a beautiful experience to have met him and stayed there!
