Hotel Gill Tower - Hotel in Hanumangarh - Hanumangarh, India

This is not a good place for stay, my experience was very bad in this hotel, There is no trust worthy, good and professional staff. Hotel staff forced me to pay more than the fixed amount for water bottle. My overall experience was worst in this hotel. Be careful

1/5 Never book this hotel.after you reach the hotel , they will ask to upgrade the room as the rooms they have posted with low price they don't have there & they will give you reason that you have booked it seeing the low price but you haven't checked the amenities. The rooms don't have toilets, it's a truck driver dormitory. EtcYou will end up paying more than the room is worth .Also they don't even provide 1 water bottle in the room. You have to pay for everything.most customers have faced this issue.

Worst Worst Experience! Never ever book Hotel GILL TOWER, HanumanGarh.. It's a loss of your money... I have personally experienced the worst and bad people of Gill Tower.. One Sardaar Uncle came to us around 3 am at Railway Station and quoted Rs 1000/- for a room but once we reached Hotel he quoted Rs 1550/- per room And that's for 24 hours starting from 4 am in the morning till another morning... But in the afternoon at 2 pm , we received a call from hotel reception to vacate the room ... And they told us to vacate the room ASAP or else they will charge another Rs 500/- .. We started packing our stuffs and were late by 19 minutes.. Once we reached the reception a guy with dark circles under his eyes was sitting in his reception asked for Rs 500/- We denied as it was just a matter of 19 minutes ... He literally started abusing us and started threatening us .Used every bad language just for Rs 500/- Conditions were getting more worst and we were not able to control ourselves.. At last, by force they took the extra money and we left the hotel ... The staff as well as the owner over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Staff is unprofessional... Believe me they are Fraud.. Worst Staff And Worst experience... They don't even deserve 1 star! Pls pls pls avoid this Hotel Gill Tower, Hanumangarh....

It was quite a pleasant experience, The place was congested luckily I got my car to park nearby space. But if you are going by bus it is within walking distance from the main bus stand. My room was on the third floor so it was a bit of a stair climb which is required You can enjoy the privacy as every floor has only two room. Over all good experience

In this hotel you can check in with your choice but can't checkout until hotel management wants, staff is rude, senior staff is arrogant, hotel is very filthy and bedsheets were fill of stains , our AC was not working we asked staff to resolve the issue they said weather is cool there is no need to use ac, while checking out they asked extra 1000 rupees, Please please stay away from such kind of fraudsters.

Last year o booked a room and reached hotel but the showed me another location ' I refused and asked to refund my money but till date they did not refund and I was forced to stay in another hotel ' This management is froad- never book or pay in advance. Even my friends got the same experience. Be CAUTIOUS! They will speak as their process as an Star rated like ' DON'T TRUST

Such a worst hotel.. i have experience in my entire life.... So stay away from this hotel
