Its a wonderful place to stay at woth family of business trips. The service is good.. staff is cooperative, rooms are clean and food is descent. Totally recommend
One of the good and popular hotels in Madurai. Decent rooms with regular cleaning and towels, clean bedsheets, TV, hot water, instant tea/coffee, central AC, soap, shampoo, etc. included when a room is booked. Their intercom phone doesnot work and housekeeping staffs might miss a thing or two during regular service. Confirm the check-out timings as we found it different from the general known practice. Location- on the main road, easily assessible by all public transport. Bus-stop, auto stand and good market place within the walking distance. They have 2 linked restaurant service, both clean and good food. Service at the restaurants might be little slow, have a buffer time in hand between your travel.
I had a great stay with family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Well maintained by Staff.
Centrally located hotel. Good for family staying. I stayed for 3days recently. No hot water for all the days. They said the water heater is under repair. But couldn't able to repair it for all the days I stayed.
The worst ever in Madurai who charges extremely high rates for the worst services. Stinky rooms, loud air conditioner which does not cool your room and most importantly charged me through the roof on the bill.
A good hotel to stay. Service is on time. Receptionists are very fast in answering and in action. Food is also good. Very calm and quiet though it is in roadside. Anytime I go to Madurai, kalavasal, I will stay here. This is my second visit. I love this hotel.

It's wonderful resort located in madurai. Ambience is so good. Restaurant buffet starts at 12.45pm everyday. Salads to dessert is so good. Banquets halls are there for all events. Event buffet foods are also available.
