Service was too good. Staff is very polite speaking and friendly, always ready to solve your queries. Food was very delicious and had variety in items served. Rooms are neat and cleaned. All necessary basic needs are provided. I would definitely prefer staying here for my next visit and also suggest stay over here to my dear once.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is simply stunning, nestled amidst the picturesque mountains of Srinagar. The view from my room was nothing short of breathtaking, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the surroundings throughout my stay. The rooms at Hotel GERMAN RESIDENCY are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of. They were always ready to assist with any request and offered valuable insights into local attractions and activities special mention Azad Iqbal was very humble and co-operative. Highly recommended

Visited Srinagar for leisure and stayed in hotel German residency. Its location is very good and easily approachable to places of interest in Srinagar. The rooms are very good well maintained. The staff is very caring. Aqib and kamran bhai need special mention for their personal attention to every one and even for any help. The food quality and serving etiquette is very good. I will love to stay here again in future.

It was a good experience staying at German residency Srinagar . Staffs are so helpful. Specifically Azad is a wonderful by nature and behavior.Foods are so tasty and service is so good. Breakfast including buffet which is so tasty . Rooms are so classy.

I recently stayed at the German Residency, a 3-star hotel. The service was satisfactory, although improvements are needed. The staff's behavior was generally polite and helpful. However, the employees were friendly and nice. One notable downside was the limited variety of non-vegetarian meals available. Enhancing the food options would greatly benefit guests, especially those looking for more diverse meal choices.

I was on my Kashmir trip and stayes in this hotel. I had horrible expirience. Below are our bad expirience - 1 - Black Water was coming from bathroom tap. 2 - Tv was not working. 3 - continuos leakage in flush tank. 4 - Kettle was missing from room. 5 - Name was not available in dinner list on third day. 6 - Cleaning liquid was left in room on third day. 7 - Room service was not promt and I need to call twice for simple water. 8 - Sraff behavious was not at all good. 1 Star pathetic stay
