Staff is well-trained and courteous. Rates were ok since booked via agoda. Room and bathroom were clean and any service request were handled without any delays. Most of the Complimentary breakfast items were fresh and tasty. Only improvement can be made in the cost of food via room services and better cleanliness of the rooms especially bed area We are satisfied with the hotel
I hosted my engagement function for 100 people. Genx is one of the world's worst service provider. They will not provide food on time to your guest. Your guest will be hungry because they will not serve food on time. book this place on your own risk If you want to react out to Manager even for a glass of water. If this is run by any chain please shut it down this pathetic hotel because this is running someone onece in a life time function
Stayed for a night in the hotel with family, and had a decent experience. There are no family rooms (4 bed), only 3 single bed business suites. Also, there are frequent light cuts in the area and even though the hotel has a generator, the management did not bother to turn it on. While small cuts were tolerable, a big cut at night made my family really uncomfortable as we felt a lack of oxygen (there are no openable windows). The area does not have any sort of Ola/Uber taxis, so booking one prior is highly recommended. The hotel restaurant was pretty good and the food was tasty as well. We were satisfied with the room service and behaviour of the staff. Overall, a decent hotel, but in a sort of isolated place.
It was a very pleasant stay over there...All staffs are very conscious and polite too..Rooms were very big and spacious..Foods are really awesome...must visit hotel if u are planning to stay even a single day in Mirzapur...
Everything was good. Decent budget stay in mirzapur. You get what you see. We were here for a day. The restaurant and food is quite good.
