Worst hotel ive ever been to the receptionist was so rude..he was literally fighting without any reason that person asked for physical id card and when i said i dont have physical id he said why like what is this worst rooms no water was there in the bathroom and bathroom was not even clean i would suggest dont waste your money in that hotel
All types of facilities are available in this hotel, there is good and nutritious food to eat, as well as a better service and gaming phone extra facility is also available for children's entertainment.

We recently did an engagement ceremony here in. The service and interior is amazing. People are humble.Though we did decor ourself later on. But we were satisfied with the food etc. Try out for small gatherings. The location on terrace has scenic view. Highly recommendable for good images n food
Very good. Rooms are very nice. Taste food. Room rent is including tax and breakfast. They arranged taxi for us to mussoorie dehradun rishikesh and haridwar. We stayed there for vonvication of our son. UPES is 8 kms from there. Very good service provided. Like it.
It was a great experience staying at Hotel Gems Inn .The entire service team was so polite starting from Security, Reception and Service staffs. Both dinner and breakfast were fabulous, well spread, hot and very tasty. Entire serving staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms were really good and clean and room service was excellent. It was homely atmosphere and we will stay here again during our next visit to Dehradun.
Boutique hotel on UPES road, quite apt for parents who come to drop kids to the university. Have stayed at this hotel during my last 3 visit to Doon. Decent hotel with all modern amenities and services. Just that Rooms don't have any cupboards, only open hanger stand. Resturant is good for breakfast.
This is a review based on my booking experience which was disappointing enough that I decided to stay somewhere else. I called the number on their website to find out able availability and ask for photos of the room - freshly shot pics since I know that usually the pics online are 'dressed up'. The person I spoke with sounded disinterested to say the least, and when I asked him for pics, told me to look for pics online since he cannot take fresh pics and send. Seeing that they're unwilling to even make the effort to take pics for a potential guest, I decided I better not test what they'll be like if I stay there.
