On the second floor they have a family restaurant. Food quality, ambience and treatment by staff is really awesome. Prices are also not high but up to their mark. On the ground floor they have reception and breakfast tables. On the top floors they have luxury rooms and the hall that is well maintained. Underground parking facility available but a little bit clumsy and time consuming.
The hotel is well maintained, seems popular. Crowded as usual. Vegetarian lunch a full meal (unlimited) is of plenty of variety. Taste is average.

Mainly food, less quantity and not good the taste of a regular items like pulka+kaju curry and Schezwan fried rice is too oily.
Ordered Special chicken Biryaani and Rasgulla. Chicken of two types given were tender and fresh. Biryani rice is good. I recommend.
I and my wife stayed here on 7th of June. Contrary to our earlier experience (March 23), we rate the Hotel as not good. Despite our pointing out that AC was not well in the room many a time, they did not take care. Horrible experience this time.. Centralized AC was not at optimal level keeping the very hot climate. Even house keeping wasn't good. Instead of ensuring that everything is properly arranged before allotment of the room, they supplied(towels, toothbrushes etc) only our demand. For complimentary breakfast from 7 am we can select any two items ... but when we asked for Vada they said it's not ready and will take 20 minutes or so. We ordered Pongal which was not upto the mark. Neither the chutneys nor the karappodi nor the breakfast items can be rated as good. Overall it's better to avoid this hotel.......Geetha Regency if you want to be comfortable. Also, tariff of the hotel is not cheap.

The best hotel in guntur. Rooms are so well cleaned and maintained. I like the ambiance of the rooms. Washroom are also too good. Stayed in hotels in hyderabad compared to those these are pretty good. Far better.
