Absolutely horrible place to stay with no etiquette whatsoever in handling guests. Even basic toiletries aren't provided, run down rooms lack of charging points, no intercom,etc.... Never will I come back to this hotel

Night stay was good in this hotel. Have bar in the basement. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Restrooms were okay to use. But if it is not good,ask the room service man to check for another room before checking in to a specific room. Everyone here right from receptionist till the room service boy, all were really good. Good place for family stay. Car parking is available in front of the hotel at hotel's land area.
The rooms are not clean. Furnitures are also old. You have to call the reception to turn on the geyser and even with the geyser on, the water was not even warm. There were lots of mosquitos. Looks like they haven't renovated the place or upgraded furniture since it was built.
Nice hotel near New Bus stand. Providing only small soap only(No paste, brush). In our room even don't have hanger in bathroom.
Stayed here for a day and night last week. The rooms were big with a even bigger bathroom. We stayed in a suite where there was a very big dining table occupying the entire room with so many chairs nearby (??) and a fridge that cannot be opened! The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The reception/lobby area definitely needs a thorough cleaning!. Food review - Average 2.5* (breakfast)
