Worst hotel I've ever seen throughout my life the behaviour of the receptionist was so rude and also the attitude of the manager was oversmart. They don't know how to respect the customer and also saw that they were ragging the security who was guarding outside during the visit which let leave me to the place immediately moreover the payment you have to pay as per they ask for the room or just go away. Suggesting everyone not to stay here even if there is no option for any hotel.
Very bad experience in this hotel room.. They don't have any cleanliness and very rude to me and my brother, they treated like we are baggers.. So disappointed.. We haven't any options to stay.. Because our train was to late to arrive at guwahati.. I hope they changed their attitude and behavior toward customer. Worst hotel room in guwahati. Never gonna visit this hotel again..
The hotel is a very average one, though from the outside it looks good. The rooms are very small and ill maintained. Most of the rooms are without sunlight and western toilet. The bedsheets are dirty as well as the room. But some pros are as follows :
It's location is very good and within 200 mts. from the Rly. Station and there is a lift in this hotel which is a positive side. I will not recommend this hotel in normal situation but in case of emergency it can be tried.
Poor services. Rooms are not clean , hospitality is worst , I haven't experienced like before. Don't visit this place , it will become your worst nightmare.
Worst hotel on planet Earth, pathetic rooms, the AC rooms are so congested that u will barely have enough space to stand. The employees in the counter are scammers.
Very bad ,the room was so dirty and the bathroom too even though we had called the staff to clean the toilet and the fan was too near to the bed . And the shower was not working properly. So, I request you guys please don't go in this hotel and don't waste your money.

Neat and clean. Very good spacious rooms. Food is also good. Although we have spent only one night here still the dinner was good. Staffs are polite and very cooperative. They even arrange breakfast while checkout at 3 am.
