Avg rooms at High prices.. Reception staff are very helpful.. However at this price we got No toiletry, no intercom, limited room service, limited hot water.. The good point is the great location..
This is not a 3 star hotel. Lot of problems 1.Cleanliness is not good washroom, bedsides etc. 2.Hotel staf and owner at reception shows lot of attitude 3.They had not provided remote of AC 4.Called at night on mobile number they Provided and no one picked up call. 5. They had not given landline in room. Had to go down and ask that AC is not working and then after waiting there they finally given remote. Although AC didn't worked well 6.Wash basin was dirty and water from it was yellow and smelling and tasting salty. 7.they did not provide bill copy 8. They didn't provide miniral water botel and given filtered water. 9. Linen was dirty and when asked them to change, the staff told not possible to get better than that. Horrible experience: Not recommended
Worst hotel, Won't recommend this to anyone. Highly overpriced rooms(matchbox size), Arrogant owner and staff. If you wish to spend a couple of thousands just to hear cuss words from a 70 year old ill mannered owner then go for it.
Smelly washrooms, bad amenities, AC leaks water, resulting in you getting splashed with water when you sleep. The only saving grace is the fact you are opposite to the Prem Mandir, it's just across the road! Parking is available.
Right infront of Prem Mandir. Best location, ample and dedicated parking place. Spacious and super clean AC rooms with lift service.
The Receptionist is so arrogant on phone call dont know how she deals guest on arrival. Her behaviour while query call was insane. I wish i could give minus star to this hotel. Don't book this hotel unless you have no option.
Real good people managing the site, affordable prices and splendid location being just about opposite to the Prem Mandir. Knowledgeable staff that is always ready to guide you in the true sense of the word. I am guessing that Vrindawan has a calming impact on all that stay there, hence visitors are bound to feel that when they interact with the localites.
